By using bizon.ae you agree to these terms. If something here does not suit you, simply do not use the site.
1. What this site is
bizon.ae is the company website of Bizon Group Retail. Here we introduce ourselves, list our online stores and our own AI products, and accept requests.
Important: you cannot buy a product, place an order or make a payment on this site. Purchases happen directly in our stores — each has its own sales, delivery, payment and return terms. Follow the links in the Stores section and read the terms of the store you are buying from.
2. The request form
- By sending a request you confirm the data you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to use it.
- A request is not a contract. It binds neither you nor us: we will simply get in touch and discuss your enquiry.
- We do not guarantee a specific response time, but we aim to reply during business hours.
- Advertising, bulk mailings, insults, threats and anything unlawful must not be sent through the form. Such requests are deleted without a reply.
3. Our content
The texts, images, logos, design and code of this site belong to Bizon Group Retail or are used with the rights holders' permission. They may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent. Quoting with an active link to bizon.ae is fine.
4. Links to other sites
The site links to our stores, AI products and third-party platforms (Prom, Rozetka, OLX, Telegram). Opening them puts you under that resource's rules. We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party platforms.
5. What we do not promise
- The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or failures.
- Figures and descriptions on the site (numbers of stores, products, AI products) are for reference and update automatically; they may differ from the actual figures at a given moment.
- Site materials are not a public offer, nor financial, legal or other professional advice.
6. Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site, to the extent permitted by the law of Ukraine.
7. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We try to settle disputes by negotiation; failing that, in court under the law of Ukraine.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
